Caped Crusaders provides exceptional school event entertainment across London and Hertfordshire, bringing the magic of beloved characters into primary schools, nurseries, academies and early years settings.

Every Caped Crusaders performer visiting a school is fully DBS checked, carries public liability insurance and is experienced in managing large groups of children in an educational environment.
Our school entertainment visits can be tailored to virtually any occasion — from World Book Day celebrations featuring literary characters, to end-of-term reward days where the class gets to meet their favourite superhero, to whole-school assemblies that deliver important messages through the power of storytelling.

Why Character Entertainment Works In Schools
Teachers have long understood the power of story and narrative in education. When children are emotionally engaged with a character, their capacity for learning, listening and participation increases significantly. Safeguarding Standards For School Visits
Every Caped Crusaders performer who enters a school carries a current, enhanced DBS certificate. All performers have been personally vetted by our management team and have completed our internal safeguarding awareness training. We hold full public liability insurance to the value required by most London borough schools and academies.
We understand that schools have rigorous visitor management procedures and we work within these requirements without exception. We can provide copies of DBS certificates, public liability insurance certificates and risk assessments in advance of any school visit. Our performers sign in, wear identification, follow the school's visitor code and are always accompanied according to the school's policy.
Our school visits are structured to take place in communal settings — halls, classrooms, playgrounds — never in isolated or private spaces. All our performers understand and adhere strictly to professional boundaries with children. Schools trust us because we take these responsibilities as seriously as they do.
